Ampersand Crafting Co. is inspired by the ampersand as a symbol of connection. We hope to connect with our Hudson Valley community and fellow artisans by sharing our love for crafting and the joy of creating items from scratch.
All items are handmade by Chelsea Langford Socha at her home in Peekskill, NY, typically at the dining room table after her 2-year-old daughter goes to sleep. Chelsea’s embroidery and yarn crafts are a labor of love that keep her connected to her own creative spirit and to multiple generations of female crafters in her family who taught her everything she knows.
